Wu-Yi Source, Inc. has been dedicated to bringing Americans and people across the internet a
healthy alternative to losing weight since the beginning. With our Wu-Yi Weight Loss System,
which includes a healthy diet and exercise guide along with a comprehensive weight loss tips
booklet and our Wu-Yi oolong tea, we consider ourselves to be a healthy choice as an effective
weight loss aid.

our customers with informative weight loss information and advice whenever needed. With all
the promises of weight loss without diet or exercise in today’s market, we do our part to help
educate the customer that claims of this nature are meant to be attractive offers, but are in no

Our customers are given a free trial subscription to the Wu-Yi Weight Loss System, and we make
sure that the Terms and Conditions are clearly presented in multiple places throughout our site,
and an affirmative action confirming that they have been read and understood must be taken

We strive to continue to have no unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau, keeping in step with our 100% Satisfaction policy. This is an area overlooked by many online businesses, but seen by us as a valuable feedback mechanism in our ongoing effort to improve our customers’ experience.

One example has been getting rid of our re-stocking fee. Although it was clearly stated in our website’s affirmative-action-required Terms & Conditions, we still noticed that some customers felt as though it was unfair or not clear enough, thus we stopped charging it.

Another example of how we actively screen through and utilize customer feedback is the fact that we have made it much clearer that the Free Trial customers receive is a full month’s supply with a 14-day free trial period, and not simply a free trial package. In addition, the associated billing and automatic shipment information has also been stated numerous times throughout the final page and in our Terms & Conditions to avoid any confusion or acceptance of misinformed customers.

The LivingLean coaching program is an online weight loss tool which we sign our customers up for, with the belief that it will greatly enhance their weight loss endeavors.

There are many steps taken to ensure customers are fully aware of the subscription and billing information associated with LivingLean, as listed below:

- The fact that customers will be receiving a LivingLean coaching program subscription along with the purchase of their Wu-Yi System is stated on every page in multiple places.

- The billing and charge-related information is clearly explained on our final page in three different places, as shown in the screen shots below.

- An affirmative action is needed to be taken, confirming that our Terms & Conditions have been read and agreed to with the LivingLean terms included in the first paragraph before an order can be placed.

support is not able to assist, customers can always call our customer support staff at

7 days a week. Our service agents will be happy to help manage our customers' LivingLean

Company Policy

Wu-Yi Source follows the following guidelines strictly:

- Disclosing clearly that the product being sent with a 14-day trial period does cost money and the customer will be billed at the end of the trial period unless affirmative action is taken to avoid the charge. (“If you don’t like it, simply send it back before the trial period ends and you will never be charged.”) All that we require is a tracking number showing the package is in transit back to our location to initial the refund.

|
- Keeping communication as open and easy as possible. Our phone lines are up 14 hours each day over waking hours, 7 days a week. Our email address has agents responding to emails 24/7, as well as our LiveChat feature on our home page and throughout our site is available 24/7.
|
|
|
- Disclosing clearly that acceptance of our free trial offer also automatically enrolls the customer in an automatic shipment and billing program, and that cancellation of future shipments can be requested at any time. Upon cancellation, the customer’s account is immediately terminated. The only instance of a product arriving after the customer has cancelled would be if the cancellation took place during the time the product was in transit.

- Disclosing that refunds are of the merchandise only, and that return shipping is of the customer’s responsibility and no shipping fees are refundable.
